Following a recent ownership transition, the company is investing in strengthening financial reporting, operational visibility, and financial controls while navigating an increasingly complex international operating environment.Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager will oversee the day to day accounting and finance activities for the United States business, reporting directly to international finance leadership based in Europe. This individual will partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, strengthen internal controls, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide meaningful financial analysis to drive business performance.Manage accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and financial control activities for the US operation.Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in accordance with US GAAP.Generate month end close, account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and P&L reporting.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.Improve financial reporting quality, transparency, and timeliness across the business.Support cost accounting, inventory accounting, and gross margin analysis to enhance operational decision making.Partner with commercial and operational leaders to provide financial analysis and performance insights.Assist the business in managing tariff, trade, and import related financial impacts.Support SAP optimization efforts and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.Serve as a key point of contact between the US business and international finance leadership.Assist with foreign currency transactions and intercompany accounting activities.Mentor and support junior accounting and finance personnel where applicable.Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.This opportunity is exclusively retained to Michael Page.
