Job Description

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Oversee supplier management, including selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and quality assurance teams.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance operational performance.
  • Manage risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.

  • A strong background in sourcing and quality control within the retail trading industry.
  • Proven expertise in supplier management and quality assurance processes.
  • Solid management skills with experience managing and developing teams.
