Page Executive is exclusively partnering with a renowned Hong Kong Listed organisation in seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead the Group's global finance function and serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board.

As the business enters its next phase of growth and transformation, they are seeking to appoint a dynamic, intellectually strong, and commercially astute CFO to play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic agenda and future development journey.

Job Description

  • Leading the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead the overall corporate finance strategy in various channels.
  • Managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Monitoring cash flow, funding, and investment strategies to ensure financial health.
  • Providing strategic advice to support business decisions and long-term planning.
  • Supervising the accounting and finance team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks to safeguard company assets.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's Degree (Master's or MBA is an advantage) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable University.
  • Qualified CPA (HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CPAA).
  • 18-25 years of total working experience, with at least 5 years in Big 4 as a must in earlier career
  • Well rounded finance leader with broads skill sets across all functions (including transactions and M&A) from Hong Kong Listed organisations.
  • Proven leadership at the executive level and team management skills cross culturally.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Languages in English, Cantonese and
