Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will lead the group finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, reporting integrity and performance insight. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, supporting business growth and enhancing the quality of decision-making across the organisation. This position requires a balance of technical excellence and commercial acumen, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. You will also drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and team capability.

The Successful Applicant

You will lead the finance team, managing group consolidations, statutory reporting and audit processes within an ASX-listed or similarly complex environment. The role will oversee banking relationships, treasury interactions and external stakeholders, ensuring strong financial discipline and credibility. A key focus will be on building and leading a high-performing finance team, delivering accurate reporting while elevating the function to provide meaningful insights to the business.
