This strategic position combines leadership of the HR function in Poland with responsibility for driving key transformation initiatives across Europe, including organizational redesign, change management, leadership development, and culture transformation.

The position combines oversight of the HR function in Poland with active involvement in strategic transformation projects across Europe, including organizational redesign, restructuring initiatives, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.Working closely with senior business leaders and regional stakeholders, the successful candidate will help transform HR into a highly strategic business partner, driving initiatives that improve organizational agility, business performance, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.

Job Description

  • Lead and develop the HR function in Poland, transforming it into a strategic business partner that supports organizational growth and performance
  • Drive and support HR transformation initiatives across multiple European markets in close cooperation with senior business leaders
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning projects to ensure structures, capabilities, and talent strategies align with future business objectives
  • Manage restructuring programs, including employee relations, social consultations, workforce reduction initiatives, and change implementation activities
  • Partner with local and regional leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness and build high-performing teams
  • Design and implement culture transformation initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and customer focus
  • Develop leadership capabilities and drive employee engagement across the organization
  • Lead and develop an international HR team operating across several European countries
  • Establish and standardize HR processes, governance, and best practices while ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people, organizational, and transformation-related matters
  • Support regional integration and transformation projects as the business continues to evolve and grow



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role such as HR Director, Head of HR, HR Transformation Lead, or similar
  • Strong track record of leading organizational transformations, restructuring programs, and change management initiatives within international organizations
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technical services, or other B2B environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model transformation
  • Solid experience in employee relations, labor relations, consultation processes, and workforce reduction programs
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior operational and commercial leaders
  • Experience leading HR teams and collaborating across multiple countries and cultures in a matrix environment
  • Proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments
  • Previous exposure to regional or European HR structures and transformation programs will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
