This role is responsible for overseeing all production activities across woodworking, machining, upholstery, finishing, assembly, and packaging operations, while driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, quality performance, and people development.Job DescriptionThe Head of Production will take overall responsibility for leading and optimizing all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role oversees the full furniture manufacturing process, including woodworking, CNC machining, upholstery, finishing, assembly, and packaging, while working closely with planning, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to deliver products on time and meet customer expectations.In addition, the successful candidate will drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve material utilization, and strengthen operational performance.
