About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organisation operating through a multi-site structure across Iberia. The company combines an entrepreneurial culture with ambitious growth objectives, requiring agile leadership, strong execution capabilities and a modern approach to people management. To support its next phase of development, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director to join the Executive Committee and act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

Job Description

  • Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on all people-related matters.
  • Lead employee relations and labour matters, ensuring compliance while supporting business needs.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives across corporate, commercial and operational functions.
  • Enhance performance management, talent development and succession planning processes.
  • Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities.
  • Lead employee engagement and internal communication programmes.
  • Manage and develop the HR function, ensuring efficient delivery of people services.
  • Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Develop HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within retail, consumer-facing, multi-site operations, industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting CEOs and leadership teams in fast-paced and evolving organisations.
  • Demonstrated success leading talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience operating in environments undergoing transformation, growth or organisational change.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English is essential; fluent French is a plus.
