Job Description

As an IR Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance market perception and engagement
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting financial and strategic updates to stakeholders and the investment community
  • Collaborating with senior management to align communication strategies with company objectives
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights to leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely dissemination of financial information
  • Managing investor events, roadshows, and earnings calls to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining investor materials, including presentations, press releases, and annual reports

The Successful Applicant

  • A Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Public Relations or a related field
  • Candidates with advanced professional qualifications (e.g. CFA or CPA) and/ or further education (e.g. Masters Degree or MBA) will be a plus
  • Proven experience in investor relations, financial communications, or related experience for at least 15 years from reputable organisations with a manufacturing background (open to product categories)
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Proficiency in working with financial stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
