Job Description



As Key Account Manager Defence (gn), you will be responsible for developing and expanding selected accounts within the defence industry - both nationally and internationally.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing global key accounts within the defence sector
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with military, governmental and industry stakeholders
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities
  • Creating and executing strategic account plans
  • Leading proposal processes, contract negotiations and long-term agreements
  • Acting as the interface between customers, internal teams and international stakeholders
  • Managing forecasts, revenue planning and overall business performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Engineering, Business, Technology or military background)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales or business development within a defence/military environment
  • Strong network within the defence ecosystem
  • Experience in selling technology-driven or engineering-related services
  • Excellent skills in complex solution selling and contract negotiations
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive, structured and results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
