MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Legal Counsel - Employment Law should have:JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school.Admission in good standing from at least one U.S. State Bar.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.At least 5 years experience practicing employee relations, compliance, and workplace investigations (private practice, in-house, or combined across both settings).Ability to provide clear, practical, and business-oriented legal advice.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with HR and management teams.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.What’s on OfferThe successful Legal Counsel - Employment Law will benefit from:Competitive salary ranging from $139,000 to $154,000 (depending on relevant experience).Annual bonus.Highly competitive PTO, family and medical leave allowances.Medical, dental, vision and health savings plan.Life insurance.Up to 4% 401(k) contribution.Interested?
