  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Working with stakeholders to drive organizational success.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to the board of directors.
  • Managing resources effectively to achieve financial and operational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A strong educational background in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Experienced in sales, business development, production and/or supply chain functions is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
