Job Description

  • Define and execute the organization's strategic direction and growth agenda.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term profitability.
  • Strengthen the consumer banking and customer franchise.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational excellence, and innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulators, shareholders, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
  • Ensure robust risk management, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Partner closely with the Board on business performance, strategy, and future opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Former CEO, President, COO, EVP, SEVP, or equivalent senior banking executive.
  • Extensive leadership experience within consumer banking, retail banking, lending, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale businesses with meaningful P&L responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, deposits, lending, distribution, and growth strategy.
  • Experience leading transformation, modernization, or business expansion initiatives.
  • Highly regarded leader with strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
  • Recently retired or considering retirement executives are encouraged to explore this opportunity.
