You will play a central role in refining commercial strategy, elevating sales execution, and positioning Quartex as a trusted partner to major mining operators. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic oversight with direct involvement in key deals and customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the APAC sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targetsManage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and structure to elevate capabilityOwn and drive complex enterprise sales cycles, from initial engagement through to contract closeBuild and deepen relationships with Tier 1 mining clients and key industry stakeholdersOversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline to ensure accurate reporting and visibilityPartner closely with presales, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client outcomesRepresent Quartex across industry events, client forums, and strategic engagements.Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategyThe Successful ApplicantWe are seeking a senior sales leader with a strong track record in enterprise software and exposure to the mining & resources technology ecosystem.
