Will act as focal point for all functions and will be reporting to the President of the Group.The ideal candidate has experience in Hydraulics and Oleodynamics sector, hands on approach, strong leadership and goal orientation, with focus on commercial tasks and will be capable of leading and supporting the talented local management in the long term.He /She will be responsible of the following tasks:Provide vision and guidance to ensure alignment with Group's goals and values;Manage P&L, budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation;Lead and mentor the management team, fostering a collaborative, humble and high-performance culture;Deploys new efficiency and quality road-map to achieve the higher standards requested by customers;Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, investors, and partners;Fosters the partnership with existing clients and represents the Company in front of potential new clients during key meetings and fairs.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business Administration and brings direct commercial experience with full P&L accountability, preferably within the oleodynamics or hydraulics sector.They demonstrate a strong goal-oriented mindset, consistently achieving high performance standards and showing confident decision-making abilities.
