Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to support the litigation practice's growth goals.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders to identify client needs and opportunities for new business.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
  • Track and evaluate business development activities and outcomes to refine strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align branding and messaging with business development efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior BD Manager - Litigation should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development in legal and/or professional services.
  • Must have relevant Litigation experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Experience in creating persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • A high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
