The head of Quality will be the senior quality executive responsible for building and build a upper-class quality organization that supports our Asia operations. You will establish the strategic quality roadmap aligned with hyperscale customer requirements-particularly those of industry leaders like Cisco, Google, and other major cloud infrastructure and electronics providers and CMs.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and manage quality teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee audits and inspections to maintain regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within quality management systems.
  • Analyse quality metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues effectively.
  • Ensure quality documentation is maintained and updated as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SD/VP of Quality should have:

  • A strong background in quality management within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in managing quality assurance teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to implement and improve quality systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
