A global children's entertainment and toy business specializing in the design, development and manufacture of innovative toys, games and entertainment products. Its Vietnam operation serves as a key production and supply-chain hub, supporting large-scale manufacturing, supplier management, quality, engineering and regional operations across Asia.

Job Description

  • Lead the Vietnam operation, bringing multiple functions together as one integrated, high-performing business unit.
  • Provide overall leadership across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain and sourcing.
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring manufacturing capabilities deliver against cost, quality, responsiveness and customer expectations.
  • Lead supplier sourcing, development and performance management, with a strong focus on product and supplier quality.
  • Drive continuous cost improvement, product cost control and margin optimisation across the operation.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, KPIs and performance targets in alignment with the wider Asia strategy.
  • Build, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team, ensuring strong succession planning and talent development.
  • Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders across Product Development, Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance and IT.
  • Act as a senior representative of the business in Vietnam, including engagement with government authorities and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the operation maintains the highest standards of compliance, governance, integrity and corporate policy.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related disciplines; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of product development experience in the toy industry, with at least 10 years in senior management roles-ideally within a multinational buying office environment.
  • Deep understanding of toy industry
