The Hotel General Manager is responsible for the overall management of the establishment, from commercial strategy to daily operations. They ensure the smooth functioning of all departments (rooms division, restaurant, bar, and spa), guarantee a high level of guest satisfaction, and drive the overall profitability of the hotel.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take responsibility for a large-scale food & beverage operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences across premium hospitality, events, VIP services and high-volume customer environments. The successful candidate will lead a complex operation, manage significant teams and oversee the delivery of world-class hospitality standards within a fast-paced and highly visible setting.
Reporting directly to the CEO / GM, the Director of Operations will act as a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort.This role requires a highly visible and hands-on leader with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, guest experience and food & beverage operations.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Country Manager Italy will lead Company's growth and transformation agenda in the Italian market. As a member of both the Executive Management Team and the Country Management Team, the role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability, operational excellence and people leadership.
This opportunity will suit a commercially astute executive who can lead and grow the Australian operation of a global, purpose-led travel business, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, customer outcomes and team performance.
