The General Manager will lead the end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facility, overseeing production, R&D, QA/QC, warehousing, engineering, and other supporting functions.
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Senior E-Commerce & Digital profession to drive the growth and day-to-day excellence of brand digital business. This role will be responsible for driving premium brand execution across e-commerce channels while balancing commercial performance, customer experience, and operational excellence.
The Managing Director will lead the Italian operations of an international industrial business, with full responsibility for strategy, commercial development, operational performance, and P&L delivery. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving growth, developing people, strengthening key customer relationships, and acting as the primary interface between the local organization and the Group's international leadership.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a commercially driven, hands-on executive who can balance strategic leadership with operational execution, while building a high-performing and values-led organisation.
The General Manager will have full responsibility for the overall management of the company, including P&L ownership and the execution of its growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion, strengthening relationships with key customers, and further enhancing the brand's positioning within its target market.
