This position, based in Shenzhen, requires strategic oversight and a results-driven approach to achieve organisational goals.
The Vice President of Operations - China will have overall responsibility for operations across two major offices in China, lea*ding approximately 150 employees. The role will ensure strong operational performance, cross-site collaboration, business growth, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be a pragmatic and transformational operation head who combines strategic thinking with a willingness to engage deeply in execution. The individual should bring strong manufacturing fundamentals, commercial awareness and the ability to create greater integration and organizational discipline across a multi-country operating environment.
The role requires a highly experienced toy/product development and manufacturing executive who can lead a multifunctional organisation, drive operational and cost improvements, develop suppliers and teams, and represent the business with key stakeholders.
