The Brief

To accelerate its growth journey, the company restructured its leadership, splitting the President’s role into two focused executive functions. One would drive international expansion, while the newly created VP, Sales & Marketing would take full ownership of domestic commercial success. This role also carried strategic succession potential, requiring a transformative leader who could not only deliver growth but inspire teams and drive cultural change.
