He has successfully led end-to-end search engagements across the Consumer and Life Sciences sectors, building a strong track record in closing critical and confidential CEO, CXO, and Board-level assignments.
Amar has placed more than 100 senior executives in India, advising marquee clients on talent strategy across General Management, Sales & Marketing, Digital, Operations/Supply Chain, HR, and Finance functions. His expertise spans Fortune 500 companies, large Indian conglomerates, and high-growth start-ups, where he has helped design and strengthen leadership teams to drive scale and transformation.
Passionate about identifying the right talent for disruptive consumer and technology ventures, Amar partners with organizations to support sustainable growth. Prior to joining Page Executive, he spent 17 years with Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry as a key member of their Global Consumer Practice, delivering strategic leadership solutions for global enterprises.
Amar began his career with a boutique search firm in New Delhi, consulting for tech start-ups entering India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from DAVV University. Outside work, he enjoys sports, traveling, and family time.
