Anselm Xavier
RESEARCH EXPERT
Anselm leads the APAC Research team for Page Executive and is the Technology Research Lead for the region. He focuses on market intelligence-gathering and advisory, as well as C-Suite talent engagement. Through his Research capabilities, Anselm has supported mandates through effective candidate identification, targeting and engagement leading to numerous successful hires across industries and markets, in major multinationals and rising startups alike.
Prior his Research role in executive search, Anselm recruited marketing and digital professionals across the Technology & Services sectors in Malaysia, giving him a holistic view of technical and commercial hierarchies – forming the foundation for his insight and advisory to senior leadership stakeholders.
Anselm holds a First Class Honours in BSc Forensic Science from Northumbria University. He is passionate about high-performance sport; he is a former national-level swimmer and is now staying active through judo.
