With extensive experience in executive search research, Anselm oversees the delivery of complex and highly confidential mandates for multinational corporations, regional market leaders, and high-growth ventures. His expertise spans research strategy, leadership mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent market analysis, helping clients anticipate evolving leadership requirements and secure executives who drive sustainable growth and transformation.

Before focusing on executive search research, Anselm built his career supporting the recruitment of marketing and digital professionals, giving him a strong understanding of both technical and commercial leadership functions. This breadth of experience enables him to advise senior stakeholders across industries and bridge diverse organisational needs with strategic talent solutions.

Anselm is recognised for translating data, insights, and market intelligence into compelling talent strategies and successful leadership outcomes. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Forensic Science from Northumbria University and is passionate about high-performance sport. A former national-level swimmer, he continues to pursue excellence through masters swimming and judo.
