Having graduated with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, a Master Degree in Human Resources and CIPD level 5 Diploma, Asma has been working in Banking & Finance since she started her career with Barclays Bank in 2009. 

In 2012 where she acquired both agency and in-house recruitment experience working with local and international staffing firms and heading recruitment with one of the local banks in UAE.
