He is highly regarded for delivering complex leadership mandates that require deep technical understanding, market insight, and cross-border execution.

Prior to joining Page Executive, Ganesh served as Director at Options Group, where he led the Industrial & Infrastructure Practice and managed multi-geography searches across India, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the United States. Over the course of his career, he has successfully built practices from the ground up, managed P&L responsibilities, and partnered closely with boards, promoters, and global leadership teams.

Earlier roles with boutique and mid-sized executive search firms, including Hector & Streak, Alp Consulting Ltd, and Staff Service Net Pte Ltd, have shaped his hands-on, consultative approach.
