Irem Aybala Kuleli

Since completing her Master's degrees at Bilkent University and Syracuse University in the United States, İrem Aybala Kuleli has become an integral member of the Page Executive team, where she currently serves as a Research Lead within the Executive Research function. She also holds a degree from Middle East Technical University, providing her with a strong academic foundation complemented by extensive experience in executive search.

In her role, İrem provides strategic research support to partners, specialising in the identification and engagement of senior executive talent. She has a proven track record of defining highly targeted search strategies and aligning leadership capabilities with organisational requirements, ensuring an excellent fit between candidates and businesses.

Her expertise spans a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on senior executive appointments, including General Managers, Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs). Recognised for her analytical approach, attention to detail, and collaborative style, İrem plays an important role in delivering successful leadership appointments that support long-term organisational growth and success.
