Isha has eight years of experience in recruitment, with a robust focus in private equity (PE), venture capital (VC), and start-up recruitment, hiring for mid-to-senior-management levels. She specialises in commercial leadership roles across finance, sales and marketing, and HR, across sectors, including edtech, HRTech and fintech. She has gained a unique experience working with start-ups in their early growth phase, helping them identify leadership talent as they build teams for the first time. Before moving to Page Executive, she spent four years with Michael Page India, responsible for business development and recruitment across the PE and VC space. Prior to her recruitment experience, she spent three years at Third Bridge, where she helped management consulting firms connect with CXOs across industries for consulting projects. Isha received her Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Masters in Management from London Business School.
