Working closely with Partners and clients, she delivers market mapping, talent identification, and research strategies for complex executive search assignments, providing the insights needed to support critical leadership hiring decisions.

With a strong foundation in executive research and talent intelligence, Khatijah partners with organisations to identify and engage exceptional leadership talent across a broad range of industries and functions. She is recognised for her consultative approach, rigorous market analysis, and ability to provide actionable talent insights that help clients navigate evolving leadership and workforce challenges.

Prior to joining Page Executive, Khatijah built over four years of recruitment experience across Financial Services and Technology. She began her career specialising in Corporate Banking recruitment, focusing on Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and broader banking mandates. She later transitioned into Technology recruitment, partnering with organisations to attract critical infrastructure and technology professionals across networking, systems, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure functions.

Drawing on her experience across both sectors, Khatijah combines deep market knowledge with a strategic research-led approach to executive search.
