Kunal Sen
Kunal Sen joined Page Executive as a Partner in January 2026, strengthening the firm’s Technology practice from its Bengaluru office. Bringing over two decades of cross‑industry and cross‑functional leadership experience, he is recognized for his deep expertise in executive search, talent advisory, and organizational leadership across both multinational and high‑growth Indian companies.
Before joining Page Executive, Kunal served as a Partner with Executive Access and Odgers, where he led senior‑level mandates across the technology and digital ecosystem. Earlier, he held several key leadership roles at Korn Ferry, including India Managing Director for Korn Ferry Futurestep—now integrated into Korn Ferry’s broader talent solutions portfolio—and Senior Client Partner within Korn Ferry Executive Search. His work spanned strategic hiring, leadership assessment, and building high‑impact talent pipelines for global and Indian enterprises.
Kunal’s corporate career includes senior positions at renowned organisations such as Dell, Colgate‑Palmolive, Heinz, and Teamlease, giving him a strong foundation in business operations, commercial strategy, and people leadership.
He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier management institutions, and was honored as one of the Most Influential HR Leaders in India in 2017 by the World HRD Congress.
