Paulina Morales
RESEARCH EXPERT
Paulina began her career at Page Executive Monterrey in 2017 as an intern and was soon promoted to Researcher, supporting the office as a generalist. She later advanced to Senior Researcher, where she strengthened her management capabilities and became the key point of reference for complex searches. After five years with Page Executive, she moved to Michael Page to establish and lead the Research team, supporting four offices across Mexico.
Two years later, she transferred to New York, where she currently leads the Research function for North America, supporting the U.S. and Canada across the industrial, manufacturing, consumer goods, property, and construction sectors.
Outside of work, Paulina enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, and training for marathons.
