Sophia Xie is Partner at Page Executive, specializing in senior finance leadership, including CFOs, Regional CEOs for International Expansion, Strategic Investment leaders, Chief Strategy Officers, and Chief Human Resources Officers.
With over 10 years of experience in executive search, Sophia has partnered with A-share, HKEX, and US-listed companies as well as high-growth innovators to build leadership teams critical to their growth and international expansion. She has successfully placed senior management professionals across Intelligent Manufacturing, Cross-border E-commerce, Internet+, and New Energy sectors.
Prior to joining Page Executive, Sophia was Managing Partner at X-Giants International , one of China's largest HR services firms, where she led three offices including Shenzhen and Hong Kong. There, she built the firm's capabilities in CFO and finance leadership recruitment, identifying early trends in the evolution from traditional accounting to business-integrated finance functions.
Earlier in her career, she was Industry Director at Career International, leading strategic and investment executive recruitment for South China.
She holds the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation and a Bachelor's degree from South China Agricultural University.
