Pre-Page Executive, Lorenzo refined his craft across a range of recruitment firms, and brought a unique insight as a qualified lawyer. Over his 10 years of experience, he earned a stellar track record, building valuable experience and an even more valuable network that makes him an ideal choice for financial services companies of all sizes.

Throughout his career, Lorenzo has successfully taken on a far-reaching array of assignments for private equity and banking firms. His recruitment missions for European and domestic organisations have provided reinforcements for investment teams and found dynamic C-level minds that deliver. One of the secrets of his success is that he throws himself whole-heartedly into every job from the initial level setting to post-deal follow ups. 

In April 2022, Lorenzo joined Page Executive's driven, committed team in Italy as the Principal for Financial Services with the mission of becoming a leading reference for executive search in his sector. His overall demeanour suggests that he is likely to achieve his goals. Lorenzo never takes anything for granted, so despite the lofty heights he finds himself at, he takes valuable lessons from every assignment. 

Lorenzo is just as active outside of his professional life — balancing a passion for fine wine and finer food with a dedicated workout regime. In line with his Italian flair, he is big into football, tailored suits and shoes, but always makes time for reading up on topics such as geopolitics. On a more personal note, he is close to his parents and cites them as instrumental in his success.
