Michał Starościak has over 16 years of professional recruitment experience, including more than eight years in executive search. He is an unconventional executive search professional with deep expertise in recruiting senior management at the Global, Regional, Board, and C-levels.

Michał specialises in Finance and Human Resources roles across various sectors, with significant experience in Retail/E-commerce, TSL, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Pharmaceuticals, as well as Private Equity. He has a proven track record in General Management recruitment across diverse industries. Prior to his current role, Michał led the Finance and Banking teams at Michael Page and was instrumental in establishing the Human Resources division at PageGroup Poland.

Michał has successfully completed over 165 recruitment assignments across Finance and HR at CEE, EMEA, and Global levels, including Regional, Director, and Manager positions, totaling more than 260 projects for clients across a wide range of sectors. His area of activity includes not only Poland, where he is based, but also the Baltic, namely Lithuania and Estonia.
