Michał Starościak has over 17 years of professional experience in recruitment, specialising in senior, regional, board, and C-level executive search assignments. An Executive Search Partner (Poland & the Baltics) with a strong focus on Finance and Human Resources, and additional expertise in strategic and commercial leadership roles across consumer goods and related sectors. Michał joined PageGroup in 2013 and has successfully led executive search assignments for roles based in Poland and the Baltics, often with regional or international scope (CEE, EMEA, or global). He has a strong track record in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, TSL, Retail/E-commerce, B2B, Manufacturing, and Private Equity-backed organisations. In total, he has delivered over 300 recruitment projects for clients across a wide range of sectors.
During his time at Michael Page, he led the Finance and Banking teams and was responsible for establishing the Human Resources division in Poland.
