Nicolò Zanelli

Nicolò Zanelli is a Page Executive Partner with unique international experience and a deep understanding of industries including engineering & manufacturing, property & construction, procurement & supply chain and tech.

Throughout his career, Nicolò has put in the hard yards. From humble beginnings as an intern in 2012, his natural flair for recruitment and dogged work ethic have taken him to the position of Partner in just over a decade.

Over the years, Nicolò has showcased his prowess in engineering, manufacturing, procurement & supply chain, leading to his pivotal role in launching the Vietnam branch in 2018. This significant achievement led to a director position for the mentioned sectors in the region. 

After his enriching stint in Asia, Nicolò returned to Milan in 2023 as a Page Executive Partner, focusing on board and C-level assignments. Aside from his extensive network and in-depth knowledge of key roles, Nicolò has a deep understanding of APAC markets and the decision-making process of expats living overseas. This combined arsenal of skills has contributed to his impressive track record of placements across sectors including automotive, chemical, energy, real estate, electronics, furniture and garments. 
In his assignments, Nicolò’s methodology is all about instilling confidence. He ensures transparent communication, offering consistent feedback and comprehensive rationale behind his candidate choices. With years of experience, an extensive network and an impeccable reputation, Nicolò taps into hidden talent pools, drawing up shortlists that match his client’s needs and DNA.

Nicolò’s ideal weekend would include either skiing, golf or kitesurfing, depending on the season.  But his favourite role is being a dad, and there’s nothing he loves better than raising his two kids.
