Job Description

  • Identification and definition of business strategies in collaboration with the management team.
  • Responsible for the financial IT system, finance and accounting professionals who perform operational and the economics resources made available to ensure the achievement of established deliverables.
  • Determine finance KPIs and participate in the definition of financial reports for decision making and recommendations on corrective measures.
  • Control of general accounting, taxation, preparation of annual accounts and analyze the market trends in order to anticipate business difficulties and develop solutions.
  • Make mid and long-term forecasts and define projections in order to provide a vision for the future.
  • Promote budgetary control to achieve the established objectives.
  • Overseeing financial systems implementations and upgrades.
  • Managing relationships with investors and investment institutions.



The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or financial certifications are a plus.
  • Very high level of English and Spanish.
  • At least 15 years of experience as Financial Director or similar in a top‑ranked FMCG or global multinational company with manufacturing plants, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Knowledge in accounting, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Experience in managing and developing multicultural teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proactive and self‑driven, with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Analytical skills and be able to tell the difference between major and minor issues.
  • Transformational leader capable of driving change and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder influence.
  • Leadership excellence skills, inspire teams and create alignment around shared goals.
