Job Description

As a Chief Product Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap.
  • Build and scale SME/eCommerce lending solutions, including inventory, revenue, PO and receivables financing.
  • Drive innovation across AI-enabled financing, embedded finance and cross-border merchant solutions.
  • Partner with Technology, Credit/Risk, Commercial and Operations to deliver scalable and commercially viable products.
  • Establish KPIs across adoption, portfolio performance, risk, yield and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary product organisation.
  • Advise the CEO and senior leadership on product investment, market opportunities and long-term portfolio strategy

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Product Officer should have:

  • 15+ years' overall experience with significant product leadership experience.
  • Proven 0-to-1 product launch and scaling track record.
  • Strong exposure to Fintech, SME/Digital Lending, eCommerce, Embedded Finance or digital platforms.
  • Good understanding of lending structures, credit/risk and product economics.
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary product teams.
  • International work exposure and strong executive/board-level communication skills.
  • Commercial, data-driven and highly hands-on leadership style.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English are mandatory.
  • location: Shenzhen (preferred)/ Hong Kong with regular travel to Shenzhen
