Job Description

  • Drive sales and AUM growth across private banking clients in SEA
  • Build, manage, and deepen client relationships across RMs, ICs, and CIO offices
  • Lead client engagement including meetings, presentations, and events
  • Deliver tailored investment solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio
  • Provide market insights, positioning, and client reporting
  • Collaborate internally to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Relationship Manager should have:

  • More than 10 years' in private banking sales or investment distribution in Singapore
  • Strong existing relationships with leading private banks (e.g. UBS, J.P. Morgan PB, Bank of Singapore, LGT, Julius Baer)
  • Proven track record of driving AUM growth and client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and PB distribution landscape
  • Highly commercial with strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Results-driven, client-focused professional with strong ownership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
