An established industrial services business is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a major Queensland operation. This is a highly visible leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, commercial outcomes, safety, people leadership and customer delivery.

Job Description

  • Lead a large-scale operational business unit with full P&L accountability.
  • Drive commercial performance, revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Champion a high-performing safety culture across the workforce.
  • Lead, coach and develop leaders and frontline teams.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver business objectives across operational, financial and customer metrics.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support broader business strategy.

The Successful Applicant

You are a proven operational leader with experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams in industrial services, logistics, transport, infrastructure, manufacturing, environmental services or related sectors.You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading large operational teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
  • A track record of improving operational performance and business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • A collaborative yet accountable leadership style.
  • Strong capability in safety, culture and people leadership.
  • The ability to influence at both frontline and executive levels.
