Job Description

My client is recruiting for Business Immigration Contract Attorney to focus on handling a high volume caseload, including:

  • Adjustment of Status (AOS) case review
  • Handling business immigration matters, including: IV, NIV, PERM, RFEs and AoS matters
  • Working under tight deadlines
  • Working in a collaborative team environment

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LLM
  • Admission to a US State Bar
  • Experience with AoS case review
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
  • Excellent case management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
