  • Handle high-volume, writing intensive cases EB-1A/EB-1B/NIW/O-1 and PERM
  • Handle other projects as assigned
  • Working closely with other members of a team

The Successful Applicant

  • JD
  • US State Bar
  • 2+ years of experience with high volume, writer focused, EB-1A/EB-1B/NIW/O-1 and PERM
  • Available to work a hybrid in-office schedule
