Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Corporate Audit to lead and oversee the audit function at a global level. This is a strategic leadership role with high exposure to senior stakeholders and international teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and execute global audit engagements and advisory projects, ensuring high-quality and value-added insights.
  • Develop and implement risk-based audit plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Oversee complex audits and deep-dive reviews of critical processes.
  • Lead investigations and provide expert advice on risk, internal controls, and governance.
  • Drive the adoption of data analytics and digital tools within the audit function.
  • Enhance audit methodologies, standards, and overall capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing audit team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit (internal and/or external), including leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience operating in international or global environments.
  • Strong expertise in risk-based auditing, investigations, and stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Solid knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and modern audit methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics tools is highly valued.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) and advanced Spanish (minimum B2) required.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CFE) are a plus.
