Job Description

  • Manage capital engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise engineering processes and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team to foster professional growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on project performance and engineering metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Engineering Project (Capex) should have:

  • A strong background in engineering and capital project management within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in large-scale engineering initiatives.
