Job Description

  • Manage financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Lead financial audits and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Mentor and guide team members within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
