Job Description



As Finance Director, you will be the number one finance lead for Europe, with responsibility for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structure. You will operate as a true business partner - combining strong financial control with commercial leadership - while playing a central role in integration and transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial control, reporting and compliance across the entities
  • Driving post-acquisition integration, including legal entity restructuring and simplification
  • Owning budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, including a 12-week cash model
  • Partnering with regional leadership to improve utilisation, project profitability and resource deployment
  • Managing working capital, improving cash performance and delivering cost reduction initiatives

The Successful Applicant



You are a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a proven track record operating as a senior finance leader within a group-owned, multi-entity business.

You will bring:

  • Experience within people IT-enabled / professional services environments
  • A strong understanding of project-based businesses, including utilisation and contracts
  • A track record of leading integration, transformation or restructuring initiatives
  • The ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic influence across regions and stakeholders
  • A collaborative, visible leadership style with the confidence to operate across different cultures and geographies



You are commercially astute, comfortable with complexity, and motivated by the opportunity to build and shape.
