You will oversee core areas including financial control, reporting, treasury, tax, procurement, payroll and finance systems, while leading a team of approximately 30 colleagues through a number of senior direct reports. Alongside ensuring robust governance, controls and compliance, you will partner closely with operational leadership to drive performance, improve processes, implement best practice and support business change, integration activity and future growth initiatives.The Successful ApplicantWe are seeking an accomplished finance leader with a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) and a proven track record operating within complex, multi-site organisations. Candidates should bring significant experience leading large finance functions, shared services or business support operations, coupled with expertise in financial control, audit, governance and transformation. Equally important will be your ability to influence senior stakeholders, develop high-performing teams, lead change and balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
