Job Description



  • Develop and expand a global investor ecosystem by building relationships with venture capital firms, private equity funds, family offices, institutional investors, and strategic corporate partners across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.


  • Facilitate capital raising initiatives for portfolio companies and startups by identifying suitable investors, coordinating fundraising roadshows, arranging investor introductions, and supporting fundraising strategy execution.


  • Lead startup incubation and growth programmes by providing founders with access to industry networks, mentorship resources, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities to accelerate company growth.


  • Organize and manage investor engagement activities, including demo days, investment forums, networking events, and one-on-one meetings to showcase startup opportunities and strengthen the firm's global ecosystem.


  • Work closely with founders and management teams to refine investment materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising narratives, while providing market intelligence and guidance throughout the fundraising process.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of work experience.

- Familiar with VC and start up ecosystem, funding model

- Ability to scale up start up by introucing various industry practitioners
