Job Description

  • Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Business development ensure timely opening of new stores.
  • Ensure AI is at the forefront when considering growth objectives, allowing the team to operate efficiently without unnecessary headcount.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyse financial reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation.
  • Represent the company in business meetings and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful General Manager should have a strong background leading retail operations.
  • The GM must be a hands-on operator with a background in store openings, ideally in a company who have experienced rapid growth.
