With a significant presence in global markets, the company focuses on delivering high-quality goods to its customers.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute the international business strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.Lead the overall P&L for the international business and deliver sustainable revenue and profitability growth.Identify new market opportunities and develop market entry strategies across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and other priority regions.Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, strategic partners, and key customers across international markets.Drive commercial excellence by establishing clear sales strategies, channel development plans, pricing strategies, and performance management frameworks.Lead annual business planning, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews for international operations.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, and Operations to ensure successful execution of international growth initiatives.Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, consumer insights, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Evaluate M&A, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth opportunities where appropriate.Build, coach, and develop a high-performing international commercial organization with strong leadership capabilities.Represent the company with key distributors, customers, government agencies, and industry partners.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
