Head of Risk

Key elements of this role include the successful individual to:- Own the enterprise risk framework across the group, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and appropriately managed or mitigated at group and entity level.- Lead on market risk: commodity exposure, asset and charter risk, foreign exchange, and interest rate risk, including hedging strategy and execution.- Manage credit and counterparty risk, particularly in the context of the group's trading and commercial activities.- Lead on financial regulatory and compliance risk, monitoring the evolving regulatory environment and its implications for the group's financing and capital structure.- Manage liquidity and working capital management risk in conjunction with the group's capital structure strategy- Own the reporting and communication process with existing and prospective investors and joint venture partners providing institutional-grade financial reporting and strategic updates- Oversee a team of senior finance professionals across the group, including finance operations.
